Information Design: A history of punk

This is my final project for Information Design, Fall 2010.  It is an infographic about the history of west coast punk, 1976-1980.  Click the image to get a closer look.  The final output size is approx. 4 x 5ft.

This my first assignment from Information Design: displaying a simple data set.  As my subject, I chose something very familiar to me, and decided to look at forms of government and their change over time.  Click the image to get it full size, it's a big one.
